this is the most important sleeve measurement Forearm circumference needed for fitted long sleeves that taper toward the wrist Shoulder width measure across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point Arm length measure from the top of the shoulder to the wrist bone with the arm slightly bent Wrist circumference needed for close-fitting long sleeve cuffs How to Take These Measurements Accurately Keep the arm relaxed and slightly bent not fully extended when measuring length Measure the upper arm at its fullest point, not the midpoint Add one inch to the upper arm measurement as a minimum ease allowance for comfortable movement Have a second person take all arm measurements
